Strategic Analysis of the Service Company Internal Environment: Definition of Strengths and Weaknesses

The aim of this study is to provide recommendations that enhance the competitiveness of the service company. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with the basic model of the strategic process, goals and methods of the strategic analysis of the internal environment. Special attention is given theoretically approaches to identify strengths and weaknesses, and their further development are considered tools of strategic analysis SNW-analysis and benchmarking. The second chapter analyzes the overall performance of the company; We studied the market of services, stand out its trends; defined group of direct competitors and industry analysis is performed. To do this, use tools such strategic analysis as a PEST, map strategic group, Porter's 5 Forces. The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of the internal environment of the company. It is determined by the characteristics of the respective corporate structure and corporate culture of the current strategy, with the help of SNW-analysis identifies strengths and weaknesses of the company and developed recommendations for the integration of strengths and weaknesses in the development of strategy.
