Analysis of the Prospects of the Small Retail Stores as a Market Segment of the Retail for the Creation of a Chain

The aim of this paper is to develop recommendations for the introduction into the territory of the Moscow region network player using the concept of an international company Narvesen. This work consists of an introduction and three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. In the first chapter, made a general analysis of the retail market in the world, including a history of occurrence of the modern retail market, the role of retailers in today's society, the international experience of creation of network players, innovation in the industry and a number of other key concepts. In addition, in this chapter the author studied theoretical principles and methods of strategic analysis and assessment of the attractiveness of the industry. In the second chapter have been analyzed the current analytical reports on the basis of conducted analysis of the food retail market in the Moscow region with the strategic analysis of the environment of methods. The third chapter contains an analysis of international experience in the creation of a network of small retail player in the example of the company Narvesen. This chapter uses the greatest number of confidential information obtained during the passage of pre-diploma practice. The author gives a detailed analysis of the companies and their business processes. On the basis of information obtained in the previous chapters, and the third was produced adaptation of selected features of the companies to the market of the Moscow region. Further recommendations have been formulated for the implementation of a network player using the concept of Narvesen.
