The practical part of the work has a particular value for the company, as the research is realized according to the requirements and expectations of its management. In order to examine the current program of stimulation and professional motivation of personnel the author chose methods of analysis of regulatory documents, a semi-structured interview with an employee of hr-department and a questionnaire of employees basing on “Motivational profile” by Sh.Richi and Paul Martin. Due to the results of the study shortcomings of the current system are identified.
