Due to the difficult social and economic situation in the Russian Federation, legal regulation of salary is of special interest now. The subject of the proposing Master's Thesis is the complex of theoretical and practical problems in the field of contractual and local regulations of salary. While writing the work, the author used an extensive empirical material including the analysis of social and partner agreements and collective agreements.
