Master dissertation on topic "Peculiarities of regulation of labor of remote employees" is a comprehensive research of legal regulation of labor of remote employees. The dissertation analyses norms of labor legislation devoted to the legal position of homeworkers, teleworker and telecommuters. It considers some similarities and differences of their legal statuses. The author suggests introducing some amendments into the labour legislation of the Russian Federation.
