Communications in the Process of Creating Educational Services

Communication in educational sphere is a tool for increasing the level of both customers and founders’ satisfaction as well as their devotion to the company. This work concerns the role of communication in educational process and means of using communication as a competitive advantage of the company. According to the scientists in educational sphere, when creating educational process a company pays attention mainly to the quality of the result of their services, while in the meantime the consuming process is the key factor for both customers and employees’ satisfaction. The research shows the level of employees’ communicative competence .The data has been obtained through observation of educational process in Language School Oxford, interviews and questionnaire surveys of the employees. Based on the research we developed further strategy recommendations for Language School Oxford.
