Abstract To the master thesis On the subject: "Methods of the Effectiveness Evaluation in Organizational Change Projects in Large Commercial Banks" Master’s thesis is devoted to the consideration of the evaluation methods in organizational change projects in commercial banks. Relevance of the study subject caused by the practical need in the development of methodological aspects to evaluate projects that designed to realize organizational changes in the credit institutions, in conditions of high financial market turbulence. Study goal is to identify the factors and tools that assessing organizational change projects in banking sector. This will allow to develop the most optimal way of assessing organizational change projects. Study object is organizational change, stimulated with transition from one stage of organizational life cycle into another. Study subject is the methods of the effectiveness evaluation in organizational change projects in large commercial banks that provides wide range of services to businesses and people. The first chapter discusses the nature and classification of organizational changes, organization life cycles and concept of organizational change projects. The second chapter deals with the problems of organizational change in commercial banks and the basic principles of effectiveness evaluation as well describes the development of evaluation methodology based on the identification of goals and determining their importance for the organization. The third chapter describes the use of the evaluation method that developed as a tool for decision making as well as analyzes the evaluation results on suitability and viability. The study outlined the principal features of organizational change projects and developed a method for evaluating the effectiveness of projects.
