Creation of the Risk Management System in New Product Development Innovation Projects Implementation

The master thesis deals with the problem of incompleteness of risk management system in new product development project implementation. Consequently this problem doesn’t allow achieving expected results in organizations. The problem hasn’t been thoroughly analyzed.The aim of master thesis is to develop recommendations for the generation of risk management system in new product development implementation for increasing maturity level of innovation risk management in organizations. . This purpose was going to be achieved via following tasks: 1.Analyzing of existing methods and tools of risk management in new product development projects implementation. 2.Systematization of risks of new product development projects and factors of appearance. 3.Developing recommendations for the generation of risk management system in new product development projects. The object of the study is new product development projects. The subject of this study is following: tools and methods of innovation risk management.The result of conducted survey is following: in organizations there is an understanding of the necessity of developing risk management system in new product developing projects implementation. Managers of these projects don’t take into account all processes of risk management. Thus, there is the need to develop recommendations for the developing of the risk management system in implementation of new product projects.The recommendations for the developing of the risk management system in the implementation of new product projects need to improve the probability of achieving the project objectives, as well as to increase the maturity of innovative risk management in organizations. The master thesis presents an example of the development of the risk management system for new product project in «Semiotik» company.
