Analysis of Employer Branding Strategy in Case of Intel Corporation

Constant fighting for market leadership reveals the need of creating a brand new competitive advantage at the organization level. Development of effective employer brand strategy and solid Employee Value Proposition became the main objective not only for HR specialists but for company management at different levels as well. The purpose of this research paper is to reveal the essence of employer brand concept and on the basis of collected data develop a set of actions in order to strengthen and evolve current strategy at Intel Russia. This study has been made with the analysis of current employer branding strategy of the company and with the research carried out within 75 Intel employees. The information has been collected with the analysis and systematization of primary and secondary data, and through interviewing of students and graduates currently working at Intel. Based on the data it has been possible to justify the need for developing employer branding strategy especially in IT-sector, reveal core advantages and positive impacts on organization performance. Theoretical data also made it possible to analyze current Intel strategy and also develop and implement a set of measures for its development.
