Management of Organizations' Integration Program under Merger and Acquisition

Keywords: strategic transformational program, post-merger integration project management. The purpose of this survey is to form a list of key principals of managing a post-merger integration, validating it’s consistency based on data collected about order and process of implementing post-merger integration projects. A first chapter was devoted to formulating key principles of integration and validating it through analyzing research papers and publications of production and service company on the topic of post-merger integration. A second chapter was devoted to collecting and analyzing data about real integration projects gained through series of surveys. Collected data was analyzed with case study method and method of causal relationship. In a third chapter approach to project management in LLC “Unilever Rus” was analyzed with special emphasize to managing post-merger integration projects. Also in the third chapter was proposed to implement key principles to managing post-merger integration project. The paper consists of 97 pages and includes 32 pictures and 6 tables.
