Nuclear Factor as a Part of the Development of “Nuclear Club’s” National Security after the Cold War

This paper examines the attitude of the three States-members of the nuclear club (UK, France, China) to the problem of nuclear proliferation in the world. It is based on the latest editions of foreign policy doctrines of each country. The final conclusion made on the basis of conformity to one of two theoretical approaches: nuclear optimism or nuclear pessimism.
