This paper is devoted to the topic of measurement the essessment of the effectiveness of Lean changes. The paper focuses on the relevance of the chosen topic, discusses both in theory and in practice, as well as various indicators applicable to the assessment of lean manufacturing, as well as some of the methods of management accounting.
