On its base, the Index of the company’s presence on the Internet was built, which includes 35 different indicators of Internet activity. The results of the study revealed a significant positive influence of the company’s presence on the Internet on the company’s value. The most important factors were the information disclosure, information availability and communications with the investors via the corporate websites. Less significant factor was the technical characteristics of the website, and the social presence proved its insignificant influence on the company’s value.
