The considered research subject is reflected in papers on strategic analysis and business planning of most scholars; however, so far there is no universal algorithm of the entrepreneurial project development which would take into account the specificity of each market. To ensure the successful launch of an entrepreneurial project every stage of the process should be thoroughly analyzed, specific characteristics of a certain market should be brought to light; this altogether determines this paper’s rationale. Within this paper, the first stage implies carrying out a strategic analysis including such components as SNW analysis, PEST analysis, microenvironment analysis with the use of Five Porter’s Forces, analyses of consumer preferences and issues, and competitive analysis. The next stage of the research includes the development of a business model of an entrepreneurial project according to Alexander Osterwalder’s and Yves Pigneur’s model, after which on the basis of the data gathered the business plan of the project is developed. The results of given research can be divided into three groups: theoretical, which imply the systemization of the relevant literature; methodological results implicate the research program which can be applied to similar entrepreneurial projects; the third group comprises applicable results since they are going to be used during the launch of this entrepreneurial project. In turn, according to the data gathered, we can make a conclusion that the observed market is attractive for investors, and the project is cost effective, therefore, it is to be funded.
