Improvement of Banking Product Adviser Selection Process in the West-Ural Bank of Sberbank

In a dynamic market, the personnel is the long-term factor which can raise competitive capacity of any commercial bank. The effectiveness of any bank greatly depends on professional and social competencies and the calibre of its staff. Properly constructed the staff selection process is a fundamental tool for the development of the company, because of staff depends on the future success of the company. This paper is devoted to the analysis of the existing process of selecting staff front office West of the Ural Bank of Sberbank of Russia, in particular consultancy on banking products. The study was the analysis of the selection process and identified some deficiencies that need to be adjusted, which resulted in recommendations for improving the process of selection of candidates for the post of Adviser on banking products.
