Everyday Interaction between Doctor and Parents of Patients in Pediatric Care

The important place in treatment of the patient is allocated to communication of the doctor with the patient. The main essence of medical activity consists in interaction of the doctor and patient. At inefficiency of this interaction treatment of the child not only is at a loss, but also demands additional tests and analyses which can even do harm to health. The purpose - to Reveal features of relationship of patients of children's age and their parents with pediatricians in the conditions of children's municipal policlinic of Chelyabinsk. Tasks: 1. To describe space of policlinic from the point of view of his comfort for patients. 2. To analyze patients of policlinic. 3. To describe labor relationship of nurses and doctors. 4. To reveal features of contact of medical personnel among themselves. 5. To reveal features of contact of medical personnel of an office with the child and his parents. 6. To analyze features of interaction of medical personnel with the child and his parents. Object of research – children's polyclinics. An object of research – interaction of doctors and patients. Time frames of research - Research was carried out in several steps. I have made the first part of observations in February, 2016, the second part – in May, 2016. In total 80 hours of supervision have been spent. A spatial framework of research - Research was conducted in Chelyabinsk, in two municipal policlinics – X and Y which are in different districts of the city. A research method – the included supervision. 80 hours of supervision are collected. Further on the basis of the obtained data the analysis of relationship of the doctor and patient is carried out. Have been analyzed: Policlinic as space for doctors, Visitors of policlinic, Medical personnel of policlinic, Interaction of medical personnel among themselves, Interaction of employees of policlinic and visitors, Interaction of the doctor and parents of patients.
