Sales Process Optimization Using Lean Thinking Principles

The research aimed to work out a program of a practical recommendations for Windows sales process optimization in Perm's company OOO "Steklodom". There were employed instruments and principles of Lean Thinking in order to conduct an investigation and work out a program of recommendations for improvement of sales process. In the beginning it was found that duplicate operations and irrational actions causes low capacity and as a result linked to low customers satisfaction. In the research current state of a sales of a sales process has been investigated in details, time-functional diagram "as is" of a process has been built and description using method Service Blueprinting has been made. Charting of a sales process helped to detect waste and discover potential causes of problem areas. As a result a time functional diagram "to be" of a future state has been built. In conclusion a program of recommendations which will allow to eliminate waste in a sales process of Windows has been offered.
