Development of Methodical Recommendations Concerning Improvement of IT-indicators in Terms of Firm (Bank)

The main task of this paper is to develop methodical recommendations that can help to compare bank’s branches using special factors such as IT-indicators. These indicators are associated with IT-infrastructure. To add to this, explanation that these indicators are Balanced Scorecards and Key performance indicators is provided. Than example of using these methodical recommendations is demonstrated. In the last part, there are main characteristics of this technique.
