At the heart of any organization lies a set of interrelated activities and tasks aimed at the creation of a product or service, in other words, the organization is a set of sequenced business processes. Organization which is able to optimize its business processes (reduction of resources: less time spent on procedures, lower costs of human capital, etc.), obtains competitive advantage in the market. One of the most effective and popular tools at the moment is the modeling of business processes. The aim of this work is to develop recommendations for improving business processes for the sale of construction services in LLC "X groups" based on their practical analysis. The main activity of the company is construction of industrial, administrative, office and other buildings as the General contractor. For the analysis of business processes it was necessary to conduct the interview and to develop the scheme of the operational business process in order to further identify problematic areas. As a result of analysis of operational business process the author identified a weak point in the supportive process - lack of systematization of the documents that violates the smooth functioning of the primary process. Due to the large volume of documentation, the lack of an established system of document flow leads to the following several problems: weakening of relationships with customers up to the loss of them; the increase of construction time; increased time and labor cost for processing documentation. Therefore a number of possible solutions for the improvement of a weak process have been developed.
