Students Satisfaction in Online Courses (the Case of the National Platform of Open Education)

The most significant event in Russian online education area was the start of the "National Open Education Platform" in 2015. That required solving task complex concerned with the study of online courses studenents' preferences. The purpose of this work is development of a methodology for assessing the online courses "National Open Education Platform" studenents' satisfaction. As part of the work an empirical study was carried out, which consisted of two stages. Under the first one there have been identified factors and features of services that influence online courses studenents' satisfaction, which worked as a basis for the development of the questionnaire for the quantitative study. Data analysis was made by using satisfaction indices CSI, NPS. Perceptual maps were created and also factor and cluster analysis were performed to evaluate the factors of satisfaction. The questionnaire can be used in assessing of the satisfaction level of online courses.
