The Peculiarities of Adaptation of Young Specialists at the Public and Municipal Service

The paper deals with the concept of professional adaptation, adaptation types, the main stages of this process and the criteria for adaptation. As a special case, a closer look at the issue of professional adaptation of young employees of state and municipal service. The analysis of the legal and regulatory framework governing the process officially. The main characteristics of the public service and requirements for employees. Particular attention is paid to the generational characteristics of today's young professionals. The main methods used to adapt. Empirically analyzed the impact of these methods on the adaptation process.
