Analysis of the "VICE" Company's Business Model and Determination of the Characteristics of Building a Business Focused on Millenials
2016
Research topic: "Analysis of the "VICE" Company's Business Model and Determination of the Characteristics of Building a Business Focused on Millenials". The purpose of my master's thesis is to identify the characteristics of building a business focused on millenials. There are three main objectives in this work:

1. Theory research on branding, organizational life cycle, as well as approaches to the analysis of business models.

2. Construction of the business model and value chain for "VICE" company.

3. Identify features of the business model, focused on millenials.

The relevance of this work lies in the fact that for the interaction with millenials and integrating a brand into their lives, you need to understand the right approach to establish contact. For the success of the business is necessary to examine what the group is guided in its actions, explore their buying behavior, so we consider a company that has achieved extraordinary success among millenials and find out what factors have contributed to this success.
