The Impact of Satisfaction with the Internship's Results on the Student's Job Placement in the Hotel

This master thesis investigates the influence of satisfaction with the internship's results on student’s decision make the job placement in the hotel. As the factors having impact on satisfaction with internship, were chosen following indexes: individual factors, organizational environment, university support, job characteristics and contextual factors. The research results show that the most impact on the student’s decision about job placement have the factors of job characteristics, hotel support factors and contextual factors.
