Modern society creates new challenges for school education institution, and to the greatest extent, it calls to the leading private players, as public schools are much more conservative and less flexible. This work is devoted to the study of the mutual influence of economic and educational (reputational) factors in the model of elite private schools, as well as the problem of choosing the ratio of solvent and talented students (and, accordingly, the pricing and selection policies).
