Transformational Programmes Management for the Company Entering the New Markets

Abstract Graduate work on the topic: "Implementation of transformational program to exit the company into a new market." Keywords: transformational program management. Transformational program, methodology, organizational changes, Russian telecom market, entering a new market. Object of the research: Russian telecom companies, JSC VimpelCom. Subject of the research: Implementation of transformational program to enter the company into a new market. The purpose of the study: The aim is to determine the characteristics of the organizational changes and implementation of transformational program as a tool for successful entry of the company into new markets. The theoretical study was conducted by analyzing the domestic and foreign literature in the following areas: management of organizational changes, project management, and transformational program. Applied research was carried out by conducting and processing questionnaires and interviews with employees of the Russian telecom companies, as well as the construction of a regression analysis. Based on the results of theoretical and empirical research methods, it was found the relationship between the factors influencing the resistance of staff to change and the timing of realization of transformational program. A number of practical recommendations have been developed which can help to reduce the level of resistance and facilitate more effective implementation of the transformation of the company. Practical value of the work lies in the fact that the methodology for the transformational program management to enter new markets are not fully developed, but is in a great demand. This work contains the data for further analysis of the chosen theme, as well as the implementation of practical guidelines in the companies of the Russian telecom.
