Strategy is a description of the main directions and priorities, principles and mechanisms of activity of JSC "rosseti" in the field of stimulation of processes of import substitution of electrical equipment in the framework of the development of the company.

The present work contains the results of the analysis of the market of electrical products with the involvement of technical experts and interviewing key producers of the selected segments of the electrical market, as well as the results of the work performed on the collection, processing of statistical information and legal documents of the industry.

The work was carried out on the basis of statistical data about the needs of JSC "rosseti", the production capabilities of market participants and other the above information blocks formed a Strategy of import substitution of the main equipment of JSC "rosseti" and the mechanisms for its implementation.
