Research on Conditions of Intellectual Property Commercializing through Spin-Off

One of the mechanisms of the progressive development of the enterprise is a decision on its reorganization. Reorganization can achieve or improve business agility, optimize business processes expense of the most efficient use of available resources and to attract external capital on the most favorable terms. Spin-offs - is a complex and ambiguous managerial decision requiring a large investment of resources, in particular time. For the implementation of the spin-off of the head is necessary to understand what conditions must be satisfied for the allocation of the capital of the company. It is on this question will respond to this work. Identified conditions of the spin-offs were subjected to cluster analysis based on the criterion - field of activity. Terms were divided into social, legislative / legal and economic analysis on the basis of literature. After the coverage of existing scientific publications and their decomposition, to summarize in a single theory, it was conducted interviews with the head of the sector of innovative programs in the IAP RAS Alexei Kirillov.
