Corporate culture plays a key role in the organization, since, on the one hand, demonstrates the uniqueness of its employees, shared by each of them, and, in the same way, provides them orientation in behavior, decisions on common standards and norms of behavior, values and company’s traditions. Various manifestations of culture in the organization have a motivational impact, encouraging employees to actively work. With the appropriate approach, culture can be a powerful motivator and tool for achieving the organization's objectives. Questionnaire based on Danison author's technique was used to collect data about the main elements of the corporate culture in the organization who have the greatest motivational effects.

The preliminary results of the research can show the main advantages of improving strategy of using corporate culture in order to achieve motivational goals. The conclusion can also be drawn that examining of motivational aspects is a key of understanding the specifics of sense of corporate culture, it gives the opportunity to develop this type of action in all professional areas.
