The paper under discussion covers the area of West-Ural Bank of Sberbank tariff policy on and deals with a problem of the lack of attention to non-monetary factors for maintenance a decent level of competition for clients. Its key idea is to determine competitive difference of the West-Ural Bank of Sberbank tariff policy on package forms of settlement and cash services for small business segment in terms of their structure. The data obtained permits to explore consumer behaviour and preferences to Sberbanks’ package forms of settlement and cash services and the offered recommendations intents to satisfy needs of clients to a large extent and to increase the commission income share from this service. Moreover, the material presented can open new prospects for further research studies.
