The situation of constant changes in the organization, has a strong influence on modern management outside its limits. It is becoming more and more emotionally charged and personally oriented. Restructuring and mergers in a crisis situation, pose new challenges for the leader. Changing role differentiation in the group, including the role of the leader, it becomes an important factor in the continued success of modern organizations. Varying role leader repertoire depending on the situation, it is a main field of study.
