Quality Management System Improvement Based on Solenis Technologies MSP, Inc

Development and implementation of the quality management system in the company is one of the last tendencies for improving the whole performance of the company. Particularly, industrial enterprises are confronted with the problem of effective management of production, which requires compliance with certain requirements and standards. For this reason it is necessary to control and improve the quality management system at the enterprise constantly. The following research methods were used: observation, document analysis, comparison and internal audit. The data obtained during the study showed that the quality management system of CJCS “Solenis Technologies MSP” is effective; however, there are opportunities for improvement in some areas. Moreover, recommendations for improvement of the quality management system have been developed, which can be implemented in the company.
