Application of the "Smart City" Model as a Basis of Management of Urban District Zhukovsky’ Transport Complex

This paper investigates main approaches to the concept of the model of "Smart City" and usage of basis methods for the development of road-transport complex. The paper analyzes the foreign experience of the application of Smart approaches and technologies to improve the quality of use of the smart cities’ road system of. Based on the experience of smart cities recommendations for the development of the transport system are formulated. It analyses the current condition of road transport complex in the urban district Zhukovsky and key management practices in this area. The study assess possible measures of the application of the "Smart City" model for the development of road-transport complex of urban district Zhukovsky and makes recommendations for improving the quality of usage of the transport system.
