Production System Development Based on Lean-management Principles

The present research paper is devoted to the application of lean production principles and tools for developing company’s production system. Many companies in Russia are limited to implementing only several lean production tools, expecting a significant increase in their efficiency however it can be achieved only by applying systematic approach which implies the development and implementation of an action program of the company’s development. In this paper the current state of the production process was analyzed on the example of big manufacturing company in Perm, using lean production principles and tools wastes and their sources were revealed. The result of this work is an action program aimed at the improvement and optimization of the production process within the company’s production system.
