This study focuses on new methods of conducting information campaign extremists and terrorists от the Internet. This study is important, because terrorism and extremism has always been a major threat to the country. And now, in the era of new media it has become much easier to distribute extremism content on the Internet. The purpose of this study - to identify new methods and instruments which terrorists and extremists use on the Internet, and analyze the work of law enforcement bodies of Russia in the fight against extremism on the Internet. It's need to the following tasks to achieve the goal 1) Identify new methods and instrument which extremists use to promote their ideas on the Internet; 2) to analyze the work of law enforcement in the fight against extremism on the Internet; 3) to analyze the judicial statistics for the 2015th year by extremist cases. The scientific novelty of the thesis is to compare the new methods of propaganda on the part of extremists and law enforcement response. In practice, the work may be useful to journalists and experts who deal with problems of extremism in Russia. The data collected will help to confirm or question the effectiveness of the approach that the police use to combat extremism on the Internet.
