Programming an Application for Studying Russian as a Foreign Language Using the Corpora of Political Journalism

The final qualifying work on the topic: « Programming an Application for Studying Russian as a Foreign Language Using the Corpora of Political Journalism» The project consists of 62 pages containing 9 figures, 2 tables and 10 applications. 24 sources are used for the project. The structure of the research is the following: introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of literature and sources, applications. Object of study: corpus linguistics, the methodology of the creation of the text corpus; creating technology applications in education (exercise for study of language: terminology). Subject of research: the research base to establish a corpus of texts and educational apps. Work in the area of automated information extraction, natural language processing, articles on the topic of "politics" from the website Lenta.ru (Russia, world). Research methods: theoretical search and analysis of literature in the field of processing and use of text corpora for educational purposes; the analysis and selection of the most suitable tools for creating e-learning applications. In the course of study there was studied the literature on the theme of corpus and computational linguistics and the technology for creating web applications on the Python programming language. The practical component of the work is to write a code that allows to create a constantly updated corpus of articles with MYSTEM markup; creating exercise on the basis of the corpora; the design and operation of the site, allowing the search according to the obtained corpus containing and exercise. Given programs are written using Python meanwhile the website was created with HTML, XML, CSS (web-design was created with free templates Bootstrap). Also, frame of web applications - Flask and other programs were used to make the website being able to work with files which extension is ".py"
