Budget Spending Optimization by Improving the Efficiency of Providing State and Municipal Services and Performance of Work

The paper analyzes the results of the next stage of the budget reform of in the Russian Federation. After the introduction of the state task for rendering state and municipal services and work performance as one of the tools of performance budgeting. This study presents the analysis of indicators of quality performance of different types of institutions (treasury, budget and autonomous), and analyzed the dependence of the quality of performance of the institutions, the need for budgetary resources and the average level of teachers' salaries by type of institution.
