The main topic: "The Study Values' Perception of Employees of the Company, Their Motivation and Career Expectations on the Example of the Network Building Materials Stores K-Rauta in Russia". The dynamic development of the trade in our country is a feature of the last few decades. One of the most perfect forms of development is the operation of retail chains. Appeared recently in the Russian market retail chains have become serious competitors of domestic trade enterprises of the traditional format. In this research will be considered the case on the example of one of the international network companies which is represented in Russia. The study will attempt to describe in detail the company's history and tendencies of its development, corporate culture, structure, system of selection and management personnel, the system of motivation of employees and their career expectations. Research question: "What are the contexts and challenges of the perception of corporate culture, and what is the structure of motivation of employees in a European network of retail store sales?" The object of study: the staff of one of the chain stores in Saint - Petersburg. Subject of research: the perception of the values of the company by employees and the system of motivation. Sample: the target. The main research strategy: case-study. Data collection methods: ground theory, in-depth interview and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis: grounded theory, descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. Data: 67 questionnaires and 10 in-depth interviews. The study describes the role of the corporate culture and values of the company, the prospects for the development of employees in company. There is analyzed the perception of the values of the company by employees and staff motivation system, and, as well, are identifies aspects of adaptation and transformation of the organizational culture of western companies in the Russian market.
