Creativity Psychological Training Program Development for Business Organizations

The aim of this work is to research the development of creative means of psychological training. Based on the theoretical analysis it was determined the specifics of the training program of creativity and development the program of training of creativity using the elements of uncertainty. The training program consists of three phases: dive of participants in the creative process and bringing the participants their limit of creative solutions; overcoming the limits due to exploring the tools that will help to solve creative tasks more effectively; solution of complex creative tasks as close to real. As part of this work it was found that uncertainty significantly increases the production of creativity. The developed program of psychological training for the development of creativity can find its application in business organizations.
