Organizational Communications as a Factor of Employees Well-Being During a Companies Merging

In this paper, we consider the problem of intra-communication as a factor of employees well-being in the process of merger. It is not enough effective communication is one of the main areas of problems in organizations. If employees can not communicate and to be informed in a timely manner, they can not work qualitatively and achieve their goals. Communications have a great influence on the acceptance or rejection of the employees of organizational changes. The subject: to reveal the dynamics of the employees well-being in the process of the merger and its relationship with the characteristics of organizational communication. The object of study: the employees well-being. Subject of research: the dynamics of subjective life satisfaction of staff in the process of merging with the company.
