The Development of Marketing Metric System for Universities

The present research is intended to cover the major issues of Measure University’s efficiency. The general purpose of this academic project is to develop a multipurpose tool to measure the efficiency of the university at all levels of administration. The basis of this tool will be based on the marketing metrics system, developed in accordance with the strategic goals and mission of the university. A number of current studies suggest a basic set of metrics, which does not account for the unique mission and strategic goals of each individual university. This study attempts to propose a system of marketing metrics developed for the HSE Nizhny Novgorod campus. The given research will include an analysis of the university and the development of metrics system. The data for the current research will be obtained through analyzing University’s documentation and information sources. The results can be used to optimize the operation of the institution and evaluate its effectiveness. Furthermore, following analysis of the preliminary research results and recommendations for the further implementation of the system will be present.
