Automation of Cotton Fiber Marking in Conditions of Central Asia

The research paper examines the production of cotton in Central Asia, with a production capacity of 5400 tons of raw cotton per month.

In the general part of the work raw cotton processing was examined, also, weaknesses in the production process were discussed. The production process was analyzed by means of BPMN.

For sub-markings a modern solution was found. Sub-marking process was considered in detail and the program with “work desk” to control the types and teams was written for preparedness of the report. The “work desk” contains the necessary information for the team and for senior press operator.

In the “special” part of the research paper the programming issue was highlighted in detail. The code for data control was developed in the LabVIEW language. Required equipment was, also, given in this part. The effectiveness of the decisions made was substantiated. The developed project meets the requirements of industrial safety.

The research paper contains an explanatory note of 61 pages, 21 of them are illustrations and 6 of them are tables. It is, also, contains a list of references of 21 titles and 1 applications.
