Purchasing Activity Improvement in the Company

In order for purchasing activity to be effective, an enterprise should pay much attention to different aspects of purchasing logistics. Successfully organized purchasing activity reduces logistics risks. As an element of macrologistics system a purchasing department establishes economic relations not only within the enterprise, and with the macroenvironment, i.e with suppliers of resources. The purpose of this research is to study the topic "Improving procurement" from the point of view of the newest research on the similar problematics. The theoretical and methodological analysis of the topic "Improving procurement" was made in the research paper. The study identified and quantitatively justified specific methods and solutions to the problem of "Improving procurement", including tendencies of development of improving procurement. Proposed methods in the paper with their definition can be used in activity of Russian and foreign enterprises. Implementation of the proposed measures can provide a more accurate understanding of the nature and existing problems connected with improving procurement.
