IT Staff Recruitment in an Organization

In this diploma work the main features and problems of IT-staff recruitment are reviewed. Moreover the impact of contemporary economic trends on the prosecc of IT-staff finding and recruiting are analyzed. The work is done on 56 sheets, contains introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography containing 30 sources, one application. The paper includes 5 tables and 25 pictures. The work is of current interest due to the abscence of the researches of modern trends on the IT labour market. The work has a practical importance for the IT-recruiters. The object of the research is the IT-staff recruitment, while the subject is the changing trends on the IT-labour marked caused by the economical situation in Russia. The hypothesis of the research is that the IT labour market is not noticeably affected by the changing economic trends. The paper is aimed to reveal the impact of the economic crisis on the IT-labour marked and on the recruiting process of the IT-staff.
