Practical Application of the Method Design Thinking to the Design Municipal Services

The work is dedicated to the practical implementation of the method design thinking to the design municipal services by the example of an existing municipality. The analysis of scientific articles on design thinking and the theoretical aspects, mail stages and features of design thinking are presented in the first chapter. The second chapter focuses on the review of the legislation of the Russian Federation and other normative-legal acts, which regulating rendering (provision) of municipal services. In final chapter it contains the description of practical application of design thinking methodology to design a new municipal service.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
