Program for Frequency Factor Value Calculation Based on Experimental Studies

This paper describes the issues related to the mathematical modeling of the radiation-induced conductivity in polymer dielectrics. Also, the task of the development of the automation algorithm for calculating the frequency factor value of radiation-induced conductivity in polymer materials is stated. The specific software was developed, using the Mathcad computer mathematics system. The process of software development is described in detail. Results obtained is proposed.
