This graduating paper addicted to social and political philosophy of John Stuart Mill, famous British philosopher. We apply to his works as an example of British political philosophy tradition. J.S. Mill wrote not only philosophical papers, but really took part in social life of mid XIX century. He made contributions in philosophical tradition, he did not even reflect about the human rights, but tried to implement his ideas.
