The Analysis of medical and demographic situation for Forecasting in Health Care

In recent years, the demographic nature of the problem began to play a key role in the socio-economic development of Russia due to the fact that the deterioration of basic demographic parameters of Russian population is obvious. This is reflected in the slow growth rates of life expectancy, a high level of mortality (especially of working age), low birth rates and a gradual aging of the population. It is worth noting that the continuation of this trend in the future is able to have a negative impact on the socio-economic development of society. Moreover, the analysis of real statistical information is an important step in the process of acceptance of administrative decisions in the field of public health. With appropriate analysis of medical and demographic situation specific problems identified, the health sector priority directions of development of the necessary tasks for the most complete and efficient use of human, financial, material and technical resources, as well as priority areas in the development of medical science.
