Automated Document Allocation in Miсrosoft SharePoint-Based Electronic Archive

The present paper touches upon the sphere of digital storing of electronic documents in the enterprise and provides the description of electronic archive – a properly structured repository convenient for data management. The general purpose of the deploying of the electronic archive is to enhance efficiency of organization`s business process and to improve the security of data storing. The results of the graduate qualification paper contain the planned, implemented and customized modules of the electronic archive, the mechanism of automated documents` allocation and classification inside of the storage and the realization of electronic document workflows. The system implemented is currently in commercial operation phase. The further development of the system is supposed to be based on the already embedded functionality described in this final qualifying work. The graduate qualification work contains 105 pages, 6 chapters, 37 sources, 18 pictures, 5 tables, 10 applications.
