Analysis of Stakeholder Value Determinants of Russian Companies

Today increased dynamic business environment requires from the management of the companies making deliberate decisions. One of the factors of increase of company`s activity efficiency is the development of relations with stakeholders of the company. The research object of this work is a regression model of the stakeholder value of the company, which is adequate for application in the Russian context. The research subject is economic relationships and processes that occur in the process of building stakeholder value of the company. The goal is to create and validate a system of indicators (factors) of a regression model of the stakeholder valuation of the company applicable to Russian companies. The article deals with theoretical aspects of the concept of stakeholders, classification of stakeholders and their interests, analyzed existing governance model stakeholder value. The work investigated the applicability of models EVA, MVA, SVA as indicators of the company value for all stakeholders. Regression analysis was conducted on the basis of the data presented in the SPARK database and other open sources.
