The research is focus on earlier Schmitt’s works about political philosophy, philosophy of right and so-called political theology. This work is going to show philosophical nature of Schmitt’s political theology concept and interpret his works like political philosophy. Firstly an analysis of Schmitt’s works finds some difficulties of understanding because of some general concepts that are going to be understanding like philosophical, not just judicial or political. Secondly, it is some confusion around “Political Theology” and attempts to find any theological content in it. The finding offers the way of understanding PT like specific political philosophy with some position in it, interprets Schmitt’s works like some corpus of different ideas than contain philosophically points and find’s theologically motives, which is different from the content of “Political Theology”. Also it compares Carl Schmitt’s ideas with ideas of other modern political philosophers to show differences and similarities. Partly, to demonstrate that Schmitt had his own political philosophy, the research show that his “Political Theology” is mostly philosophical and sociological but not a theological concept and that theology as it influences his ideas in other ways.
